Solana (SOL) Price Prediction 2026–2030
Updated
Solana settled at 104.30 USDT on BRVX on Oct 15, 2026, the latest SOL/USDT daily close. The model's centre for SOL at the end of 2026 is 100.07 USDT (−4.0%), bounded by 77.14–129.82 USDT; carried out to 2030, the centre stands at 95.86 USDT. Solana has had some of the sharpest rallies and deepest drops among large coins, so any SOL forecast should come with an honest range. Here the numbers are produced from the SOL/USDT daily history on BRVX and nothing else. Model run Oct 15, 2026 on 652 BRVX daily closes. This is a model projection, not financial advice and not a guarantee.
SOL once lost over 95% of its value in a year. The range below is a model on past BRVX prices, not financial advice, and a leveraged SOL position can lose its whole margin in a single sharp day.
What is Solana?
Solana is a high-throughput blockchain launched in 2020 that aims for fast confirmations and fees measured in fractions of a cent. It pairs proof of stake with a time-ordering scheme called proof of history, which lets validators agree on the order of events quickly.
Its low fees made it home to memecoin launchpads, consumer apps and a busy decentralised exchange scene. On BRVX, SOL trades as a perpetual contract on SOL/USDT — a position on the price with crypto margin, not ownership of tokens.
Anatoly Yakovenko described the design in 2017 and the mainnet beta went live in March 2020. The token lost most of its value in the 2022 bear market, when the collapse of FTX, one of its biggest backers, hit sentiment hard, and then recovered as activity returned to the chain.
Solana price turns traders remember
Solana's short history already includes a near-death moment and a full recovery, which explains why its range here is one of the widest.
- 2020
- The mainnet beta opened in March 2020 and SOL traded under 1 dollar for most of its first months.
- 2021
- A rush of NFT and DeFi projects lifted SOL to about 260 dollars in November 2021. In September of the same year the network stopped producing blocks for about 17 hours.
- November 2022
- FTX and its trading arm were among the largest SOL holders and backers. Their collapse pushed SOL under 10 dollars by the end of 2022, a fall of more than 95% from the peak.
- 2023–2024
- Activity came back through cheap memecoin launches and consumer apps. A five-hour outage in February 2024 was the last long halt so far, and SOL moved back above 200 dollars that year.
- January 2025
- A wave of memecoin trading on the chain carried SOL to a new record near 295 dollars, then the token gave back a large part of the gain within weeks.

How the model works, in plain words
Input: SOL/USDT daily closes on BRVX only — no outside SOL forecast. Centre: 40% of the fitted SOL trend (cap ×2 a year), fading to 8% a year after ~18 months. Band: SOL's daily moves, one standard deviation × √time — 85% wide for January 2027 at 65.0% volatility, ×9.00 by 2030. A normal-shaped SOL would close inside about 2 times in 3; real SOL jumps break that more often.
Solana inputs: 652 SOL/USDT daily closes from Jan 2, 2025 to Oct 15, 2026 on BRVX. The SOL trend sets the centre at 40% weight, held to ×2 a year; 90-day SOL volatility sets the bounds, ×9.00 apart by 2030, never more than ×9.
Solana bear, base and bull scenarios: 3, 6 and 12 months
SOL at 104.30 USDT → January 2027: bear 72.53 USDT, base 98.66 USDT, bull 134.20 USDT. Bear and bull are the SOL band edges, base its centre; the table runs to 12 months.
| SOL | Bear | Base | Bull |
|---|---|---|---|
| +3 mo · Jan 2027 | 72.53 −30.5% | 98.66 −5.4% | 134.20 +28.7% |
| +6 mo · Apr 2027 | 62.95 −39.6% | 95.29 −8.6% | 144.25 +38.3% |
| +12 mo · Oct 2027 | 51.08 −51.0% | 90.86 −12.9% | 161.61 +55.0% |
Bear and bull are statistical edges, not price targets; the price can move past either.

How to trade the Solana scenarios on BRVX
Bull case (134.20 USDT by January 2027) → long SOL/USDT; bear case (72.53 USDT) → short SOL/USDT. The model picks no side. SOL long funding 0.384% a day, SOL short 0.247%, settled every hour.
Picture 100 USDT posted on SOL/USDT at the 20x default. At 104.30 USDT a SOL, the trade controls 2,000 USDT, roughly 19.2 SOL. Opening and closing cost 3.20 USDT together (0.08% / 0.08%); funding at the present rate is 7.67 USDT a day for longs and 4.93 USDT for shorts, i.e. 230.14 USDT or 147.95 USDT over 30 days.
With both fees and the app's own rule: SOL slipping 3.8% to about 100.29 USDT drains that long's margin, just 1.1 regular Solana days at 65.0% volatility. The model's November 2026 lower bound, 79.95 USDT (−23.3%), is below that level, so a 20x SOL long can lose all of its margin inside the model's own bounds.
At the 150x SOL limit the same 100 USDT runs 15,000 USDT, near 144 SOL, and a 0.37% dip to about 103.91 USDT, only 0.11 of a regular Solana day, can lose the full amount.
Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains; a position can be liquidated before any scenario plays out.
What moves the Solana price
- Spot Solana ETPs with staking
- Bitwise's BSOL began trading on the NYSE on 28 October 2025 as the first US exchange product with 100% direct SOL exposure, and it stakes its holdings. Fund inflows are bought as SOL and then locked in staking. Source: Bitwise newsroom, 28 Oct 2025
- Alpenglow consensus rewrite
- Alpenglow (SIMD-0326) replaces Solana's consensus with a design aimed at finality in roughly 100–150 milliseconds; validators voted it through in September 2025. Delivery, or delays, of upgrades like this feed into how traders price the network. Source: Solana Improvement Documents, SIMD-0326, accessed 25 Sep 2026
What could take Solana outside the range
- Above the high edge
- Record decentralised-exchange volumes, a US spot Solana ETF drawing steady inflows, or major consumer apps choosing the chain could push SOL above the high edge of the model.
- Below the low edge
- A multi-hour network halt, the collapse of a large Solana project, or heavy token unlocks meeting weak demand could send SOL below the low edge quickly, as happened in 2022.
Solana next to the other BRVX forecasts

Solana price prediction FAQ
What is the Solana price prediction for 2026?
100.07 USDT is the model's central scenario for SOL at the end of 2026, within 77.14–129.82 USDT (−4.0% against 104.30 USDT on 2026-10-15). SOL once lost over 95% of its value in a year. The range below is a model on past BRVX prices, not financial advice, and a leveraged SOL position can lose its whole margin in a single sharp day.
Can Solana reach 500.00 USDT?
No, not inside the model's range to 2030: 500.00 USDT is +379.4% from today, and even the upper edge for the end of 2030 stops at 287.58 USDT. Markets have broken model ranges before, so this is a statistic, not a ceiling.
Why is the Solana forecast range wider than Bitcoin's?
Because SOL's recent daily moves are larger. The range width comes straight from the last 90 days of volatility, so a more volatile coin gets a wider band.
Can Solana fall below the model's low edge?
Yes. The low edge is about one standard deviation of the model, not a floor. Crypto has fallen far below similar estimates before.
Do memecoin launches move the Solana price?
They have. Bursts of launchpad trading in 2024 and early 2025 pushed up network fees and demand for SOL; when those launches cooled, SOL fell with them. The model sees this only after it shows up in daily closes.
What happened to Solana after FTX collapsed?
SOL lost more than 95% from its 2021 peak and bottomed under 10 dollars at the end of 2022, then recovered over 2023 and 2024. That drawdown is older than the BRVX series used here, so it is not in the model.
Is Solana's history on the BRVX feed long enough for a forecast?
Yes. The model needs at least 90 consecutive daily closes and SOL/USDT has more, so the page also shows the 200-day average when the series allows it.
