Build and operate the BR/VX community. You will be the primary point of contact for traders, early adopters and partners — responsible for community health, engagement and growth across channels.
What you'll do
- —Run and grow BR/VX communities on Telegram, Discord and X
- —Create educational and engagement content for active traders
- —Coordinate campaigns and community events with the growth team
- —Collect and relay user feedback to product in a structured format
- —Moderate and enforce community standards
What we look for
- —2+ years managing crypto or fintech communities
- —Fluent English — strong written communication
- —Understanding of trading terminology and trader culture
- —High availability; comfortable as an active, on-the-ground presence
- —Calm under pressure; no drama
