Own user acquisition and growth for BR/VX. You will design and run campaigns, partnerships and referral programs with a focus on measurable outcomes and fast iteration.
What you'll do
- —Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels
- —Manage affiliate and partner performance tracking
- —Define and own activation and retention metrics
- —Run experiments and build fast feedback loops
- —Coordinate with community, content and product teams
What we look for
- —3+ years in growth or performance marketing
- —Demonstrated results in crypto, fintech or trading products
- —Data-driven: comfortable with tracking, attribution and analysis
- —Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
- —English fluency required
