When does Circle report Q3 2026 earnings?
No date yet. Circle issues a press release naming the day and webcast time several weeks before each report.
What time was Circle's last earnings webcast?
8:00 a.m. ET on August 5, 2026, before the US open.
Is Circle Internet Group listed as CRCL?
Yes. Circle Internet Group trades on the New York Stock Exchange under CRCL, and its Class A shares are what the BRVX perpetual follows.
How do interest rates affect Circle's earnings?
Directly. Circle earns interest on the cash and Treasuries backing USDC, so lower short-term rates mean less revenue per USDC.
Where are the USDC reserves held?
Mostly in the Circle Reserve Fund (USDXX), an SEC-registered government money market fund managed by BlackRock that holds short-term Treasuries, Treasury repos and cash. About 88% of reserves sat there at December 31, 2025; the rest is cash at several banks. Circle publishes the reserve composition on its transparency page.
Why does Circle pay so much to Coinbase?
Under their August 2023 agreement, reserve income less fees is shared out daily: Coinbase gets the part matching USDC held in its products, and 50% of what remains after Circle's own share. That cost appears as distribution and transaction costs in Circle's results.
What does 'revenue less distribution costs' mean?
A measure Circle reports: total revenue and reserve income minus total distribution, transaction and other costs. Shown as a percentage of revenue, it is the RLDC margin, and it shows how much of each quarter's income Circle keeps.
What is EURC?
Circle's euro-backed stablecoin, issued alongside USDC. Circle's results focus on USDC, so EURC matters far less to its numbers.
What does a CRCL position cost on BRVX?
0.05% to open and 0.05% to close, plus funding of 0.0034% an hour for a long, about $0.41 a day on $500.
Does a CRCL position give me any USDC?
No. BRVX lists a synthetic CRCL perpetual that follows Circle's share price in USDT; it gives no claim on the stablecoin or its reserves.
Can you put numbers on a CRCL trade?
Take $100 of collateral at 5x: exposure to Circle comes to $500. Each side of the trade, in and out, costs 0.05% of that $500. Carrying it costs funding of 0.0034% per hour, which is about $0.41 over one day. A 9% swing in CRCL means roughly $45 gained or lost, and a 15.9% adverse swing consumes all $100.
Can I use USDC as margin for a CRCL position?
Yes. USDC is one of six accepted margin tokens along with USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL and BNB. Posting USDC does not make the trade a USDC holding: you trade Circle's share price, with no dividend or vote.
Leverage works both ways: a small move against you can lose you the whole margin.
